So I'm not exactly fat but ive been gaining a little weight recently and i wanna start on losing it before summer and bikini season starts im 13, 8th grade 5'8 and 140 pounds, what types of exercise routines should i do to lose a little belly fat and a little on the sides? im looking to lose about 10-15 pounds without starving myself, i just wanna start eating healthy and doing exercise routines cuz i start then the next day i do it again, the next day do it again then i start to get lazy and say oh ill do more tomorrow and i keep laying it off and it never works so what r some good tips? i plan on eating less junk food an dedicating about 10-30 min a day to exercising and i plan on doing it 6/7 or 7/7 days of the week, so what exact exercises should i do? should i run? jumping jacks? im not a big sports fan but i have a trampoline and i love to dance | You can lose that belly fat for sure! This question mostly goes out to men. Not little teen boys who think everypne needs to wear a bikini | Well, I'm a girl, but figure flattering is always the best option. I wear one piece suits because I think they're more flattering and less revealing than a bikini, which is more comfortable for me. I think the key is just to not wear anything that looks grandma-ish, get something cute. Pinup style suits or tankinis are really cute. I'll post some links to cute ones :) Also, I think a little cleavage is always a good thing in swimwear...don't let it all hang out if they're really big, but do show them off a little! U dont need to go on a diet too, just eat the right food.
. The only way to loose weight fast is to raise your metabolism, to burn more fat. not to starve yourself because your body is very intellident, it can detect when you are lack of calories from food and makes u feel sleepy to restore calories for the body.
Eat negative calories or high fiber food: Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, lettuce & zucchini. Because these food require a lot of calories to digest so in return the more you eat the more calories you can burn without doing anything.
Fruits that are good for you are apple, grapefruit ( as much as possible , no harm ) or any other type of citrus like pomelo or orange.
Eat many small meals rather than 2 or 3 big meals. Because if u do so you will get your body to work all the time to digest the food and it will keep your body digestion up => burn more calories.
Drink a lot of green tea. Good for your health, delicious and high antioxident. Not only for weight loss but also for better looking skin.

use aloe vera vitamin e(be careful not to be in the sun too much when using vitamin e)
cocoa butter and olive oil everyday
and try buying a stretch mark cream
also when you take a bath do this 2 a week use a callisus remover then stone type thats very hard and rub(exfoliate) the area where you have stretch marks and immediatly after apply the cocoa butter and vitamin e olive oil etc and you can even use vasline firming and smotthing cream its a blue bottle do this everyday (the lotions and oils) and the exofolitian 2 a week for about 3 months and you will notice a HUGE DIFFERENCE
you just have to always continue it and drink lots of water too!
but for now you can just hide the stretch marks with the diaper rash and foundation

I do think boys are being pushed also ~ guys of six and seven can't be friends without being boyfriend and girlfriend if they are opposite sex, and little boys are still expected to be 'tough' and mechanical rather than creative and intuitive.
