How can I stop my son from pulling girls pants down and masturbating?
My son is not quite 5 yrs old. This has been going on for 2 years now. But, he would even lay down on the floor and act like he was humping it as young as 18 months. At first I would try to make him stop but, he would just throw a fit. Now that he is older he does this mostly when he is tired. But, not always. I have also caught him trying to pull girls pants down and getting other guys alone under blankets or in corners. I have taken him to 3 different councelors and all say he is normal and don't think he has been molested. I want to know how to stop him from doing this to other guys before it gets out of hand. I have tried talking to him and telling him about private areas no one is to see. Nothing seems to work. I now have a 1 yr old and I don't want him to start doing things like that with the baby. Your son knows it is wrong, he has been warned by you why it is wrong and he is able to comprhend it, he is just choosing to go ahead with it anyways, he doesnt care that it is wrong.

I think he is doing this to gain a sense of power/control. The fact his dad remarried and he has another "brother" is overwhelming to him, so by pulling down other guys pants, it is giving him a sense of control that he badly needs.

He needs a wakeup call now, telling him that its wrong clearly is not working. If you dont intervene, he very well could escalate this behaviour into sexual assault on others. Heres what you need to do:

1. Phone the principal, and inform him of the situation and your concerns, tell them you want the teachers to keep an eye on him. Inform the principal the teachers are to contact you immediately when he tries to pull down other peoples pants or touches them inapprorietaly. Encourage the school to punish him, because he needs this to happen.

2. Get your son into therapy, he clearly needs help. Hes not crazy or anything but his behaviour is a bit concerning, and it needs to be nipped in the bud right away. He needs to speak to a professional to work out whatever is going on in his head

3. You and Your ex need to meet up and set up some ground rules. You both need to be on the same page here about this issue. Your ex needs to discipline his son if hes at his place and alsoo contact you. When your son is with you and he does this, you need to discipline him, and also let his father know.

You also need to take the blinders off here, your son is not innocent in all of this, he knows what hes doing is wrong, and he doesnt care, that to me is alarming and should be screaming "red flag" to you as his parent.

If you step in now, you will be saving your son from heading down a very dangerous and self-destructive road.

Ok, to start, revenge is never the answer (but in this case, I agree with what you did). That is a common embarrassment that many people experience especially during high school.
